How much does a tattoo at Golden Ink cost?
Pieces start at $100 and go up with size, placement, and level of detail. A $25 deposit reserves your appointment. Send your idea and reference photos by WhatsApp and Rodney will confirm your exact price before any needle touches skin — consultations are always free, and he usually replies the same day.
Do you take walk-ins, or is it appointment only?
The studio works primarily by appointment so every client gets Rodney’s full attention. Call or text 939-415-0778, or DM @alacan_tattoo on Instagram — same-week openings are often available.
Where is the studio located?
Inside Ramey Shopping Center at 5 Belt Rd, Aguadilla, Puerto Rico 00603 — minutes from Isabela, Aguada, Moca, and Rincón. Clients travel from across the northwest coast and the whole island.
Do you do cover-ups or scar camouflage?
Scar camouflage sessions are available by consultation. Cover-ups are taken on selectively, case by case — send a photo of the existing tattoo by WhatsApp and Rodney will tell you honestly whether it’s a good fit.
How should I care for my new tattoo?
You’ll leave with clear aftercare instructions: keep the tattoo clean, moisturized, and out of direct sun while it heals, usually two to four weeks. Rodney stays available for questions during the entire healing process.
Can I learn to tattoo at Golden Ink?
Yes. The Golden Ink Academy offers a Tattoo Fundamentals course and 1-on-1 mentorship covering hygiene, machine setup, linework, and shading — plus a pro supply shop for working artists.
